Fibroids are the devil and belong in the pit of hell! (Yes, I said it)!
Today I will be sharing a couple of tips in trying to help heal and maintain the terrible symptoms that come with fibroids.
Let me begin by saying this…… As Believers we should know that God is our Healer and we should also know that we can speak our healing into existence and we have the power to curse things out of our bodies that don’t belong there. We as Believers know that God is our Healer and through Him all things are possible…..Amen?
Today, I would like to focus on us taking our healing back into our hands and working our faith. God put all kinds of healing food and herbs here on earth for us to utilize to activate our own healing. Sometimes we can be our own enemy when it comes to healing, we are waiting on God to heal but He is waiting on us to start taking the first steps. We will have our own journey and different steps in the process, however, we can all definitely start with starting some basic steps. I’ll share a couple of tips today in this post.
1. Liver Health Support: Our liver helps to filter excess hormones and toxins that lead to hormone imbalance within the body. Two commonly known liver health herbs are milk thistle seed / powder and dandelion root powder and leaf.
Milk Thistle Seed: provides a gentle cleanse to ensure optimal liver health and stimulates the secretion of bile which aids in digestion.
Dandelion Root Powder / Leaf: provides liver support for improved hormonal balance. Dandelion leaf is high in vitamins and minerals and is nourishing to the entire body. The root aids in liver health and stimulates digestion for improved estrogen balance.
2. Nourish Your Endocrine System: The endocrine system is affected by stress and all the toxins in the environment we intake on a daily basis. We can help to counteract these setbacks by following a more “natural” diet to nourish and support our endocrine system. Eating better will help keep hormones balanced and seeing that fibroids form due to estrogen dominance it is important keep estrogen at a balanced level.

There many more ways to activate healing in the body when trying to rid fibroids, however, I thought I would start off with simple things to start with. Basically with any aspect of healing the point is to start somewhere and not to overwhelm yourself to the point of not wanting to start at all.
